A time-turning juggernaut stood on the precipice, looking over the infantile city.

"So, that's the aftermath of Koreatown, huh?" A distinctly German accent, with a permanent but mild hint of cockiness.

"Looked a lot worse before my father and I got to work. But I have to thank you, Akio, for your help." They looked over at the ruins from the cliff, the waterfall's crashing forcing them and their friend to speak up.

"Ah, it was nothing! But for someone else to copy my power, it feels weird to see, you know. Very," he looked for the word, "jarring."

To rebuild a city from the ground up was quite the daunting task to most, but to Lasswell Stephen, it was an opportunity. The ideal city for both the civilian and the businessman was something he'd always wanted to create, and with their child as one-person construction crew, it ended up being simple, even. Using German pro Akio Hashimoto's ability in order to easily transport building material and Abdul's own Ex Spatii to arrange it quickly, creating the foundation for the perfect city was quick work.

"Yeah, I get that often. But, ah, it's a start, right? I can't do much in the way of infrastructure besides this, but being able to create this framework feels fulfilling." A few minutes later, they were walking over one of the many bridges in the city - Abdul had personally re-laid the riverbed in order to change the river's trajectory straight through the town. "The biggest challenge with that is trying to actually convince people it's self-purifying. Most people look at you weird when you tell them you can swim in and drink from the same river without any problems.." Abdul and Akio both laughed.

After the two had finished their little tour throughout the district, Abdul hopped up from the bench they were sitting on and looked at Akio. "Well! It's been my pleasure, mister Hashimoto." They bowed and made a very exaggerated motion with their hand, to which Akio stood up and repeated the gesture with a chuckle. "We'll stay in contact, alright, Abdul?"
